A navigation redesign that impacted millions of members
The header on Experts Exchange was overflowing with content. People couldn't find what they needed. We gathered click and heatmap data, conducted surveys, and applied F.I.T. principles. In order to reduce complexity, less important items were moved into new dashboards. To further reduce complexity, each of our six user segments were given a unique navigation targeted towards their end-user goals. Our business goals were to prioritize navigation links that impact subscriber retention over other links.
