Navigation impacts everyone

The header on Experts Exchange was overflowing. Millions of people couldn't find what they needed. As the project UX I analyzed usage, conducted surveys, ran card-sorting exercises, and applied F.I.T. principles. To reduce complexity we moved less important items into new dashboards. For each user segment we tailored a unique menu to facilitate their goals. To improve business, we prioritized links that impact subscriber retention.
